Success for new safety valve Exercising Tool from Wireline Engineering - 31.08.10

Wireline Engineering's new Flow Tube Exercising Tool (FTET) has been used successfully to release siezed flow tubes in safety valves for a customer in North Africa. Previous attempts to utilize alternative products from other sources had proved costly and unsuccessful. In all wells so far addressed with this new development, full control was regained over the functionality of the safety valve. 

Our range of FTET's are designed to meet your specific requirements in either an upward or downward jarring configuration and incorporate full-radial-contact slips to minimise damage to the flow tube while allowing high axial forces to be applied.
